About Us
Welcome to the Delightful Muddle Vintage shop,
The Delightful Muddle Vintage shop is owned by Catherine and Becca, two young, enthusiastic, fashionable mothers who have been friends for several years and whose two young daughters are the very best of friends.
At the beginning of 2009 we decided to bring our passion for vintage clothing as well as our backgrounds of the fashion industry together in the establishment of our own business. We were bored of the over-priced clothing purchased on the high street, which you see everyone else wearing. We understand the need to be individual and creative with style, yet we also appreciate that people don’t have the time or means to go hunting through vintage stores in search of that one brilliant piece.
So we decided to do the hard work for you, whilst combining our love for fashion, vintage clothing and shopping, we have been able to gather a collection of stock that’s unique, individual and fabulous.
We understand value for money especially in these times of economic crisis, so we promise to offer you good quality clothing for great prices. Each of our garments is a one of a kind, you will never have to worry about seeing someone else in the same item allowing you to create an individual and amazing look for yourself.
Both of us have many years experience of working in the fashion industry. Catherine has been working in the business and commercial side of the fashion world for the past 7 years. Her roles have included sourcing clothes, styling, and window dressing all requiring her to have a creative eye for fashion. Whilst Becca has just completed a BA honors degree at London College of Fashion, a degree which has complimented her passion for the fashion industry. Becca has always been a fan of vintage clothes as well as having an interest in customizing clothes and making them individual to her look, a talent she has picked up on from her mother, a talented dress maker. Both Becca and Catherine have always set the fashion rather than following it, they each have a creative flair and excellent ability to make every piece of clothing look fabulous and breath-taking.
